I had an idea to heat treat the copper on my hob.
After treating the pieces for different amounts of time, I could then see how it affected the colour, and take note of which affect including untreated copper, was best received at my next crit. In this prototype I've got the cable coming out of one of the feet. In my actual design i want to see if its possible to drill a hole in the back of the tee joint to make it less noticeable. The cable itself will also be changed. Ideal situation would be a vintage-ey style 3-core fabric covered cable, but that will cost extra so I will need to think about how important that is to the design. Whatever i choose it wont be this disgusting and generic white cable.
