The number of days between Kira's brief and Rathna's brief wasn't very many. Maybe 5? I hope it wasn't many anyway because after my crit which completely through me and opened up my project astronomically, I just spent the time faffing around in a cloud of confusing conceptualism. SOO many questions that you realise you need to be asking yourself in your classic Kira crit it just makes your brain hurt :P Precisely why i chose it at the beginning ;) 

The result was i had pretty much dropped the idea of the charity awareness part of my concept. I want to create something that uses that as a starting point, but comments on the idea that that charity was found on. Using materials for an alternative and unusual purpose (to reflect the materials used to make the lights). To make the unseen seen (to reflect the fact that these people can now see within their homes and shelters now that these lights had been installed), and for it to have a make-shift DIY feel (just like the solar bottles have).
